Ragnarok Philippine Champion 2009 - Wildcard

A guild is a crowning glory of a server. We have armed ourselves during the Logged and Loaded. We have witness the birth of the Gaming Gods. Now, another chance is brought to us by the blessings of Valhalla. Can your popularity put your guild to the most anticipated online competition around the globe?

Now here is your chance to prove if your guild is the strongest among the rest. Invite your friends to top up and vote for your guild and be the representative of your server in the Ragnarok Philippines Championship 2009 (RPC 2009). Get a chance to get be a server representative to the RPC 2009 – Final 8.

General Notice:
1. Rok Points have an expiration date of 60 days from last top-up.
2. My Level up! credits have an expiration date of 60 days from last top-up.
3. Voting Points will expire in 1hr after top-up.
4. We do not advise players to top up at the very last minute of the bidding period.
5. We will only count the votes which successfully reflected in our Database from the start till the cut-off period.

Eligibility
1. Any Ragnarok subscribers are qualified and eligible to compete.
2. Guild Master must at least be Base level 80.
3. Guild and guild master can win once in all voting periods.

Wild Card:

First phase:
Nomination phase: February 11, 2009 – March 11, 2009(cut off - 4:00 PM)
Announcement of Nominees: March 12, 2009
Voting phase: March 18, 2009 – April 22, 2009 (cut off - 4:00 PM)
Announcement of Qualifiers: April 23, 2009

Second phase:
Nomination phase: May 27, 2009 – June 17, 2009 (cut off - 4:00 PM)
Announcement of Nominees: June 18, 2009
Voting phase: June 24, 2009 – July 22, 2009 (cut off - 4:00 PM)
Announcement of Qualifiers - July 23, 2009

Nomination Period

Duration:
The first phase of nomination period will start February 11, 2009 – March 11, 2009 (cut off - 4:00 PM) and the announcement of nominees will be on March 12, 2009.
The second phase of nomination period will start May 27, 2009 – June 17, 2009 (cut off - 4:00 PM) and the announcement of nominees will be on June 18, 2009.

• The top 10 nominees of each server will be qualified to join the Ragnarok Wild Card phase.
• The top 3 nominees with the most number of votes across all servers will receive prizes.
• All nominees with at least 2000 voting points will have a chance, thru a raffle draw, to be one of four wild card representative per server in every phase.

• How to nominate

• Every time you use credits whether game time or Rok points, you will receive voting points that you can use to vote through the Voting Page.
• Memorize the PRECISE guild name of the guild you wish to nominate.
• Choose what server you wish to vote in.
• Enter the entire guild name or the key words of the guild you wish to nominate. A list of guilds with key words you keyed in will appear. Look closely and choose the precise guild name of who you wish to vote for.
• Assign voting points you wish to give that guild and press SUBMIT.
• You'll see a confirmation message and your voting points updated.
• An updated standing list is available through View Current Standing.

Voting Period

Duration:
The First phase of voting period will start March 18, 2009 – April 22, 2009 (cut off - 4:00 PM) and the announcement of qualifiers will be on April 23, 2009.
The second phase of voting period will be on June 24, 2009 – July 22, 2009 (cut off - 4:00 PM)
And the announcement of qualifiers will be on July 23, 2009

• How to Vote

• Every time you use credits to Rok points and Game time, you will receive voting points that you can use to vote through the Voting Page.
• Memorize the PRECISE guild name of the guild you wish to nominate.
• Choose what server you wish to vote in.
• Enter the entire guild name or the key words of the guild you wish to nominate. The list of official nominees will appear. Look closely and choose the precise guild name of who you wish to vote for.
• Assign voting points you wish to give that guild. Press SUBMIT button and you're done. You'll see a confirmation message and your voting points updated.
• An updated standing list is available through the View Current Standing every 4:00pm.
• All your votes can be view in the View Account Total Vote.
*No voting updates on the of voting (March 11, April 22, June 17 and July 22). The final result will be released 2 days after the last day of voting.

Top-up card points allocation

-In case of a tie, the guild with the highest guild level wins.
-Every end of voting period, the vote points will be reset back to zero.

Tournament Tree

Winners

• Ultimate Wild Card – highest vote for the 1st phase and 2nd phase will battle out for the ultimate wild card of RPC ’09.
• Three qualifier will be chosen on April 23, 2009 and another three qualifiers will be chosen on July 23, 2009.

• One qualifier will be chosen March 12, 2009 and another one on June 18, 2009 via live video.

•The eight qualifiers will be competing with the four agit lord per server.

Prizes
• The top 3 nominees every phase with the most number of votes across all servers will receive prizes.
• Item prize : TBA

Awarding
1. Redemption code will be given by the LU representative or the registered team leader can get it in the LU office. Provide two valid ID issued by the government.
2. Only the team leaders will claim and distribute the prizes.
3. If the team leader will not be available the team representative must present the team leader’s two valid ID issued by the government and his one valid ID issued by the government.
4. Awarding will be on August 5, 2009

Winner List

1. Qualified and Winning guilds will be posted at the LU Live pRO section and on the Ragnaboards. Please wait for official news and announcements from Level Up!
2. The Guild Master shall also be contacted by tournament officials via e-mail.

* Level Up employees, ex-employees and their relatives up to the 2nd degree of affinity and consanguinity are disqualified from joining any stage of RPC 2009 including the Grand Finals.
**Level-Up has the right to modify the mechanics if deemed necessary.
***Each participant is only allowed to join once for the whole RPC 2009 Tournament.

Level Up has the right to change/delete portions/expound/clarify/interpret tournament rules depending on circumstances as they see fit for a fair and balanced competition environment
