1. Promo Bundle

2. How to Use your 10 hr “Netopia Prepaid Card”
• Ten off-peak hours of computer use, access to Level Up! Games (Usable from opening to 1:00PM and 6:00PM to closing)
• Usable only for Level Up! games
• Valid only for one (1) month from the date of purchase
• Honored only at the branch where it was purchased

3. Every week (Sunday to Saturday), only two (2) Ragnarok Action Figures will be available in participating Netopia branches.

4. Week 1 of Promo (Start of Promo Period): these Ragnarok Action Figures are available on a limited supply basis.

5. Week 2 of the Promo : these Ragnarok Action Figures are available on a limited supply basis.

6. Week 3 of the Promo : only this Ragnarok Action Figure is available on a limited supply basis while FREE R-3 Merchant Action Figure is already available for redemption on a limited supply basis

7. Week 4 of the Promo (End of Promo Period): All unsold Ragnarok Action Figures are available for sale until supply lasts except for R-3 Merchant Action Figure which is only available for redemption on a limited supply basis

8. Week 5 onwards (Start of Redemption Period): All unsold Ragnarok Action Figures are available for sale until supply lasts.

9. R-3 Merchant Action Figure
• Upon presentation of five (5) Netopia Computer Use Prepaid Card designs, the customer can get the R-3 Merchant Action Figure for FREE.
• Once the FREE Merchant Action Figure is issued / claimed a hole will be punched on the Five (5) Netopia Computer Use Prepaid cards presented at the portion which says
“Claimed-Merchant” regardless if prepaid computer use is used or unused.
• Starting on Week 4 and onwards, R-3 Merchant Action Figure may be sold for PHP300
together with One (1) Netopia Computer Use Prepaid Card. This is good until supply lasts.

10. Issuance of Netopia Prepaid Computer Use Card with FREE Ragnarok Action Figure
• Upon purchase of the Netopia Prepaid Computer Use Card, the FREE Ragnarok Action
Figure should be issued right away
• Once the FREE Ragnarok Action Figure is issued / claimed a hole will be punched on the Netopia Computer Use Prepaid card presented at the portion which says “Claimed-Name of Action Figure” regardless if prepaid computer use is used or unused.

12. Promo Period:

13. Redemption Period: (Refers to leeway given to customer for redemption of FREE R-3 Merchant Action Figure and usage/consumption of the 10 prepaid hours of computer use)

• Provincial branches: August 1, 2009 to October 1, 2009
