stats dont affect the success of weapon refine, but joblvl does affect... you can hav a str/agi WS and a good refiner at the same time.

AFAIK hindi pwede ung enriched ores sa skill ng white smith pero kung tama ung analysis ko hindi affected ng change sa npc refine rate ung skill ng WS alam ko kasi ang pwede lng galawin ng LU is ung settings ng npc pero hindi nila pwede pakialaman ung mga skills nka set ung skill na me safe limit e

matagal n rin nka stuck yung merch ko lvl 50 eh kc ngdadalawang isip pa ako kung ipagpapatuloy ko pa ba pggawa ng WS...
iniisip ko kc bka maganda pgkakitaan WS refiner sa valk kc wla nang safe upgrade limit, tsaka ang mahal pa ng fee sa npc refiner...

NOPE. Only Job Level. You have to be Job LVL 70 to have 10% higher success rate than NPC.
